RedCloud Holdings plc Receives Nasdaq Delisting Warning

RedCloud Holdings plc has been notified by Nasdaq that it is not in compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company has until February 8, 2027, to regain compliance by ensuring its market value of listed securities meets or exceeds $35,000,000 for at least 10 consecutive business days. Failure to do so may result in delisting, although the company may appeal this decision.
