Ferrari NV has reported on its ongoing share buyback program. Between April 10, 2026, and June 10, 2026, the company purchased additional common shares as part of the second tranche of its multi-year share buyback program. The total consideration invested during this period for shares purchased on Euronext Milan (EXM) was Euro 114,240,803.52 for 391,709 shares, and for shares purchased on the NYSE, it was USD 20,498,780.80 (Euro 17,552,737.06). As of June 10, 2026, Ferrari held 17,873,467 common shares in treasury, representing 9.22% of the total issued common shares. Including special voting shares, the company held 9.55% of the total issued share capital. The company also noted that the cancellation of treasury shares, approved on April 15, 2026, had not yet been effectuated.
