QuidelOrtho Corporation 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders Voting Results

On June 16, 2026, QuidelOrtho Corporation held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The stockholders elected ten director nominees to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the stockholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the named executive officers. The appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year was also ratified.
