Peloton Announces Leadership Transitions
Peloton Interactive, Inc. has announced significant leadership changes. Jen Cotter will transition from her role as Chief Content Officer (CCO) to a non-executive advisory position, effective March 31, 2026. She will provide advisory services through August 16, 2026, to ensure a smooth handover. Ms. Cotter's transition agreement includes continued salary, potential bonus payments, COBRA continuation coverage, and acceleration of certain equity awards. Concurrently, Sarah Robb O'Hagan has been appointed as the new Chief Content and Member Development Officer (CCMDO), effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Robb O'Hagan brings extensive experience from leadership roles at companies such as EXOS, Flywheel Sports, Equinox, and Gatorade. Her appointment is part of Peloton's strategy to evolve into a connected wellness company and drive profitable growth by enhancing content innovation and member engagement.
