Perrigo Company plc Completes Acquisition of Dermacosmetics Business

Perrigo Company plc announced the completion of its transaction with Kairos Bidco AB, an affiliate of Karo Healthcare AB, for the sale of its Dermacosmetics Business. The sale includes all shares in Aco Hud Nordic AB and related assets. The transaction closed on April 30, 2026. Perrigo received a cash payment of €305.6 million, including working capital adjustments. An additional contingent consideration of up to €27.0 million may be paid based on future performance thresholds over three years. This divestiture aligns with Perrigo's strategy to focus its portfolio and enhance financial flexibility. The company expects the transaction to positively impact its balance sheet and debt reduction efforts.
