Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. Announces Board of Directors Transitions

Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. has announced a change in its Board of Directors. Charles H. Protell was appointed to the Board and the Audit Committee, effective April 27, 2026. Mr. Protell brings extensive experience in entertainment management and finance, having previously held leadership roles at Golden Entertainment, Inc., and in investment banking. Concurrently, Atish Shah has decided not to stand for reelection at the upcoming 2026 annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Shah, who chairs the Audit Committee, will continue to serve until the meeting. Following Mr. Shah's departure, the Board size will decrease from eight to seven directors, and Nathaniel J. Lipman will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee. These changes were announced via a press release on May 1, 2026.
