Amendment to Schedule 13D Filing for PEDEVCO Corp.

This filing is an amendment to a Schedule 13D, originally filed on July 10, 2018, by The SGK 2018 Revocable Trust ("SGK Trust") and Dr. Simon G. Kukes ("Kukes"). The amendment reflects the acquisition of additional shares of common stock by Kukes since the last amendment. On February 27, 2026, SGK Trust acquired 28,018,140 shares of common stock upon the conversion of Series A Preferred Stock. The Reporting Persons, SGK Trust and Kukes, collectively hold 30.0% and 33.1% of the outstanding common stock, respectively. They acquired these securities for investment purposes and may purchase or dispose of additional securities in the future. No other significant changes in corporate structure, assets, or management are currently planned.
