Pro-Dex, Inc. Enters into Third Amendment to Industrial Lease

Pro-Dex, Inc. has entered into a Third Amendment to its Standard Industrial/Commercial Multi-Tenant Lease – Net with Irvine Business Properties. The amendment, effective August 18, 2026, extends the lease term for the 28,180 square foot facility at 2361 McGaw Avenue, Irvine, California, which houses the company's executive offices and manufacturing operations, to September 30, 2030. Beginning October 1, 2027, the lease will include a 3.5% annual increase in base rent. The monthly base rent will be $49,281.75 from October 1, 2027, to September 30, 2028, with subsequent 3.5% increases on October 1, 2028, and October 1, 2029. All other terms of the original lease, as previously amended, remain in effect. The company also confirmed the allocation of 96 unreserved parking spaces.
