Patria Investments Limited Announces Board of Directors Changes

Patria Investments Limited announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Pablo Echeverría Benítez has resigned from the Board, and Mr. Alfonso Duval has been appointed as an interim Board member, effective June 12, 2026. Mr. Duval, currently a Partner and Head of Clients for the Andean Region, joined Patria in 2021. He will continue in his current roles while serving on the board. Mr. Benítez will continue as Managing Partner and Head of Latam Equities Strategy and Chairman of Moneda Patria Investments.
