OneSpan Inc. Q1 2026 Financial Results

OneSpan Inc. reported its first quarter 2026 financial results, with revenue increasing 4% year-over-year to $65.9 million. Subscription revenue saw an 8% increase to $52.7 million, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew by 14% to $192.1 million. However, operating income decreased by 14% to $14.8 million, and Adjusted EBITDA fell by 9% to $21.0 million. The company completed the acquisition of Build38 to enhance its cybersecurity offerings.
