Omada Health, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2026. Stockholders voted on two proposals: the election of Sean Duffy and Trevor Fetter as Class I Directors, and the ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Both proposals were approved by the stockholders. Sean Duffy and Trevor Fetter were elected as Class I Directors until the 2029 annual meeting.
