Omega Flex, Inc. Form 8-K Filing - Change in Certifying Accountant

Omega Flex, Inc. announced a change in its principal independent registered public accounting firm. Following a comprehensive review process and a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by its Audit Committee, the Company has appointed PKF O’Connor Davies LLP (“PKF”) as its new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. This appointment is effective June 10, 2026. Concurrently, RSM US LLP (“RSM”), the Company’s previous auditor, has been dismissed. The reports from RSM on the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, did not contain any adverse opinions, disclaimers, or qualifications. There were no disagreements on accounting principles, financial statement disclosures, or auditing scope between the Company and RSM. The Company has also stated that it did not consult with PKF regarding any specific accounting or auditing matters prior to their appointment. A letter from RSM confirming agreement with the Company's statements is filed as Exhibit 16.1.
