ODDITY Tech Ltd. Form 6-K Filing

On June 11, 2026, Oddity Finance LLC, a subsidiary of ODDITY Tech Ltd., entered into agreements to repurchase $50 million in aggregate principal amount of its 0% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2030. The repurchases are expected to close on June 17, 2026, for a total purchase price of $35 million, subject to customary conditions. After the completion of these repurchases, $550 million of the existing notes will remain outstanding.
