Nexalin Technology, Inc. Enters into Third Amendment to Office Lease

Nexalin Technology, Inc. has entered into a Third Amendment to its Office Lease with Nutex HQ LLC. This amendment extends the lease term for approximately 4,527 rentable square feet at 1776 Yorktown, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77056, for an additional 65 months starting March 1, 2026. The lease will also be expanded by approximately 904 rentable square feet. Initial monthly base rent for the existing premises is about $5,435, increasing to a range of $5,470 to $6,413 for the combined space after expansion, with annual increases. The company will benefit from a five-month base rent abatement following the expansion delivery, provided it complies with lease obligations. Nexalin Technology, Inc. will also cover its proportional share of operating expenses and real estate taxes. The lease includes an option for a further five-year extension at the prevailing market rate. This amendment is considered a material definitive agreement.
