Change of Record Date for ADS Holders

Nova Minerals Limited has announced a change to the record date for its American Depositary Share (ADS) holders. The record date has been brought forward to the end of the trading day on May 13, 2026, from the previously announced May 21, 2026. This adjustment is to provide The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) sufficient time to collect voting instructions and tabulate votes for the Share Scheme Meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026. BNY Mellon will collect and process voting instructions received by May 21, 2026. The record dates for all other shareholders remain unchanged. The company also provided an update on its Estelle Project in Alaska, which is focused on gold, antimony, and critical minerals exploration and development.
