NovaBridge Biosciences Dismisses PwC and Appoints Deloitte as Independent Auditor
On June 16, 2026, NovaBridge Biosciences announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm. The Audit Committee approved the dismissal of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), effective immediately. During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2025, and 2024, PwC's reports contained no adverse opinions or disclaimers. There were no reported disagreements between the Company and PwC regarding accounting principles or auditing procedures. However, the filing noted reportable events involving material weaknesses related to ineffective information technology general controls (ITGCs) as of the end of 2024 and 2025. Simultaneously, the Audit Committee appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as the new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The Company confirmed it had not consulted with Deloitte on any accounting or auditing matters prior to their engagement. PwC provided a letter to the SEC agreeing with these disclosures.
