Commercial Agreement with Meta

Nebius Group N.V. announced a significant Infrastructure Service Agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc. The agreement, effective March 13, 2026, involves a series of orders, each lasting 5 years, with a total potential contract value of up to approximately $27 billion. A portion of this, $12 billion, is allocated for dedicated GPU capacity clusters starting in early 2027. Another order allows Meta to purchase up to $15 billion of unsold AI cloud capacity over five years, should Nebius not secure third-party customers for it. The agreement includes standard clauses such as termination, service level commitments, and limitations of liability. Nebius Group N.V. is an AI cloud company listed on Nasdaq.
