Officer and Director Change

Myriad Genetics, Inc. announced a change in its commercial leadership. Effective September 16, 2026, Brian Donnelly has stepped down from his role as Chief Commercial Officer and will remain with the company in a non-executive capacity until September 21, 2026, to aid in the transition. Concurrently, the Board of Directors has appointed Vishal Sikri, previously the Senior Vice President of Product, as the new Executive Vice President of Commercial, also effective September 16, 2026. This appointment was formally announced via press release on September 16, 2026. The company has reaffirmed its financial guidance for the full year 2026.
