Form 8-K Filing: Departure of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mueller Water Products, Inc. announced that Todd P. Helms, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, will depart the company effective September 1, 2026. To facilitate an orderly transition, Mr. Helms will provide transition services as a senior advisor to the company until September 30, 2026, for which he will receive a consulting fee of $5,000.
