The company also entered into an employment agreement with Hansen-Chambers, outlining an annual base salary of 240,000 pound sterling, eligibility for an annual bonus, and potential equity awards. An amendment to Stanley Beckley's employment agreement was also made, formalizing his role as Chief Accounting and Compliance Officer with an annual base salary of $250,000 and a signing bonus of $7,000.
