Moving iMage Technologies CFO Transition: William Greene Retires, Bart Bedard Appointed

Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. announced significant leadership changes in its finance department on April 27, 2026. William F. Greene retired and resigned as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately, with his departure not due to any disagreement with the company. The company will engage Greene in an advisory capacity through approximately October 2026 to ensure a smooth transition. Simultaneously, the Board of Directors appointed Bart Bedard, age 70, as the new Chief Financial Officer. Bedard brings over 30 years of financial and accounting leadership experience, including CFO and senior finance positions at both US and international companies. His compensation package includes a $200,000 annual base salary, a $10,000 signing bonus, and 75,000 stock options with immediate vesting of 25% and the remainder vesting over three years. Bedard will report to President and COO Francois Godfrey and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, SEC compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls.
