Medalist Diversified, Inc. Completes Property Acquisition

Medalist Diversified, Inc. has completed the acquisition of a property located at 8600 Highway 377, Aubrey, Texas 76258, which houses a Caliber Collision Center. The property consists of approximately 1.653 acres of land with a 15,118 square foot automotive service building. The total purchase price was $5,404,864, funded by the company's cash reserves. The acquisition was facilitated through a Delaware statutory trust (DST), which was established to hold the property title. Medalist Diversified, Inc. plans to offer beneficial interests in the DST to accredited investors via a private placement, with the intention of using the proceeds to redeem the company's beneficial interests for cash. The company has also indicated that required financial statements and pro forma information will be filed via amendment within 71 days.
