Microbot Medical Inc. Appoints VP of Sales for EMEA to Drive International Growth

Microbot Medical Inc. announced the appointment of Alon Tamir as Vice President of Sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) to further its growth strategy. While prioritizing its U.S. market efforts, the company is establishing the necessary regulatory, operational, and commercial capabilities for international expansion. The company plans to leverage the successful launch of its LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System to enter key international markets, utilizing either its existing FDA clearance or pursuing a CE mark, which is anticipated by the end of the year. Mr. Tamir will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region, including go-to-market plans, distribution and partnerships, product launches, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The EMEA region represents a significant growth opportunity, with Europe alone having a peripheral endovascular procedure volume comparable to the U.S.
