Lufax Holding Ltd Announces Extraordinary General Meeting and New Senior Management Appointments

Lufax Holding Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on December 29, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for the renewal of framework agreements related to continuing connected transactions with Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. and its subsidiaries. The current agreements are set to expire on December 31, 2025. Additionally, Lufax has appointed Mr. Xiang Ji as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Tao Wu as Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Both appointments are expected to contribute to the company's strategic growth and leadership.
