K-Tech Solutions Enters Product Deal with Boardware

K-Tech Solutions Company Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Boardware Intelligence Technology Limited to collaborate on the development of Boardware's Brain Computing Interface (BCI) projects, the Barco Ecosystem, and Barco hardware wearables. K-Tech will serve as Boardware's exclusive hardware development and engineering partner. This partnership expands K-Tech's capabilities into AI-enabled wearable and neural-interface hardware, leveraging its expertise in prototyping, engineering, and production management. The collaboration is expected to accelerate the development of the Barco product line, including AR glasses, a neural-interface processing hub, and a biometric audio device, with a phased market entry anticipated in late 2026. This strategic move positions K-Tech to participate in the emerging field of AI-enabled hardware and strengthens its long-term growth profile.
