Kadant Inc. Completes Acquisition of voestalpine BÖHLER Profil

Kadant Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of voestalpine BÖHLER Profil GmbH & Co KG and voestalpine BÖHLER Profil Verwaltungs GmbH for approximately 157.0 million euros in cash. The acquired companies, now renamed Kadant Profil GmbH & Co KG and Kadant Profil Verwaltungs GmbH, will operate as part of Kadant’s Industrial Processing reporting segment. Kadant Profil specializes in customized rolled profiles and industrial knife solutions. The acquisition was primarily financed through Kadant's revolving credit facility.
