JinkoSolar Announces Cash Dividend

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of US$0.375 per ordinary share, or US$1.50 per American Depositary Share (ADS). Shareholders of record at the close of trading on June 22, 2026, will be entitled to receive the dividend, which is expected to be paid around July 9, 2026. The total cash distribution is anticipated to be approximately US$78.5 million.
