Jeffs' Brands Ltd. Shareholder Meeting Approval

Jeffs' Brands Ltd. announced that shareholders approved all proposals at the Adjourned Special General Meeting held on March 13, 2026. These approvals were made with the requisite majority according to Israeli Companies Law and the Company's articles of association.
