Century Therapeutics Announces Transition of CSO Chad Cowan to Part-Time Status

On June 15, 2026, Century Therapeutics, Inc. entered into an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with its Chief Scientific Officer, Chad Cowan, Ph.D. Under the terms of the new agreement, Dr. Cowan will transition to serving as the Company's Chief Scientific Officer on a part-time basis. His annual base salary has been adjusted to a reduced rate of $296,150. Additionally, Dr. Cowan remains eligible for an annual performance-based target bonus, which will now be calculated on a pro-rated basis to reflect his part-time status. The agreement also stipulates that in the event of employment termination or resignation, Dr. Cowan is entitled to all accrued but unpaid base salary through his final date of employment.
