He will also serve as the company's principal financial officer, succeeding Cris Ingold. Mr. Tremblay's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $435,000, participation in the annual bonus plan with a target of 75% of his base salary, and equity grants totaling $600,000, with vesting tied to time and performance metrics.
