IMTE Receives Delisting Determination Letter from Nasdaq

Integrated Media Technology Limited (NASDAQ: IMTE) announced that it has received a delisting determination letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC. The letter states that unless the Company requests a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, its common stock will be suspended and delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market on November 10, 2025. This action is due to the Company's failure to comply with Nasdaq's filing requirements, specifically the timely filing of its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Company had previously been granted an exception until October 29, 2025, to regain compliance but failed to meet the terms of the exception.
