ImmuCell Corporation Announces Results of 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
ImmuCell Corporation (Nasdaq: ICCC) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2026. During the meeting, stockholders voted on several key corporate governance matters. Seven directors—Gloria J. Basse, P. Olivier te Boekhorst, Anthony A. Dimarco, Gilles Guillemette, David S. Tomsche, Kathy V. Turner, and Paul R. Wainman—were elected to one-year terms.
