TuHURA Biosciences Announces 2026 Annual Meeting Date and Stockholder Proposal Deadlines

TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. filed a Form 8-K to announce that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held virtually on August 18, 2026. Because the meeting date has been shifted by more than 30 days from the anniversary of the previous year\'s meeting, the company has established new deadlines for stockholder proposals and director nominations. Under Rule 14a-8 of the Exchange Act, any stockholder proposal intended for inclusion in the company\'s proxy materials must be received at the principal executive offices in Tampa, Florida, no later than the close of business on June 27, 2026.
