Hercules Capital, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Hercules Capital, Inc. held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 18, 2026. Stockholders voted on six proposals: election of a director, advisory vote on executive compensation, advisory vote on the frequency of executive compensation votes, approval of amendments to equity and non-employee director plans, and ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm.
