Notice of Redemption for HSBC Holdings plc Senior Unsecured Notes

HSBC Holdings plc is announcing the redemption of its £1,000,000,000 1.750% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027. The redemption will occur on July 24, 2026, at a price of £1,000 per £1,000 principal amount. All accrued but unpaid interest from July 24, 2025, to the redemption date will be paid to holders of record as of July 9, 2026. The redemption is in accordance with the terms of the Indenture, as supplemented by the Twentieth Supplemental Indenture. Holders are instructed to surrender their securities to HSBC Bank USA for redemption. The notice also includes important information regarding U.S. federal income tax backup withholding.
