Appointment of Director

Hongli Group Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Li Li as a director, effective June 11, 2026. Mr. Li, 57, brings extensive experience in corporate supervision and management, having previously served as Chief Inspector at Red Star Macalline Home Furnishing Group Co., Ltd. from 2020 to 2025. He holds a bachelor's degree in administrative management from East China Normal University. Mr. Li will also serve on the Company's audit committee, compensation committee, and nominating and corporate governance committee, chairing the latter. The Company has entered into standard director and indemnification agreements with Mr. Li, consistent with those provided to other non-employee directors. This appointment is incorporated by reference into the Company's F-3 registration statement.
