Officer Appointment

Hippo Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Laura Boettcher as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective June 10, 2026. Ms. Boettcher has been with Hippo Insurance, a subsidiary, since September 2021, holding roles including Director of Reinsurance, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and most recently, COO of Hippo Insurance. Her compensation package includes a base salary of $450,000, an annual target bonus of 50% of her base salary, an annual restricted stock unit grant valued at $660,000, and an annual performance restricted stock unit grant valued at $440,000.
