GSK plc - Form 6-K Filing on Jideytro Data

GSK plc announced positive results from the ARROS-1 trial for Jideytro (zidesamtinib) in advanced or metastatic ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) TKI-naïve patients. The trial showed a 94% objective response rate and 90% progression-free survival at 12 months. Notably, 70% of patients with brain metastases achieved complete clearance. These results support a planned supplemental New Drug Application to the US FDA for first-line treatment. The data presented at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer indicated a favorable tolerability profile, with low rates of dose reduction and discontinuation due to treatment-related adverse events. Jideytro is currently FDA approved for TKI-pretreated patients. GSK plans to submit these findings to regulatory bodies to potentially expand Jideytro's indication.
