Gentor Resources Inc. Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting

Gentor Resources Inc. announced its adoption of Semi-Annual Reporting (SAR) starting September 2026, as permitted by Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. This move shifts the company from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting. Consequently, Gentor will no longer file interim financial statements for periods ending March 31 and September 30. However, the company will continue to submit audited annual financial statements and six-month interim financial statements with related Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the period ending June 30.
