GIBO Holdings Limited Board Changes

GIBO Holdings Limited reports changes in its Board of Directors, effective September 15, 2026. Ms. Bee Lian Ooi and Ms. Li Noi Chia have resigned from their director positions and committee roles. Their resignations were not due to any disagreements with the Company. Concurrently, Ms. You Shim Ban and Ms. Yi Theng Teh have been appointed as independent directors. Ms. Ban brings extensive experience in mobile app security and operations, having held leadership roles in several technology companies. Ms. Teh has a background in financial consultancy and accounting. Following these changes, the Board now comprises five members. The composition and chairs of the audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees have been updated to reflect the new board structure. Ms. Yi Theng Teh has been designated as an audit committee financial expert.
