Five Star Bancorp Appoints Lydia Ramirez as Chief External Affairs Officer

Five Star Bancorp announced the appointment of Lydia Ramirez to the newly established position of Executive Vice President and Chief External Affairs Officer, effective September 14, 2026. Ramirez, previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will now lead the bank’s enterprise-wide external affairs strategy, focusing on listening to local voices and translating insights into responsive partnerships. In connection with this transition, Heather Luck, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume oversight of the Company’s Operations function in addition to her existing responsibilities. This appointment is part of Five Star Bancorp
