Max C. Wygod and Consortium Report 70.5% Stake in Forian Inc. Following Contribution Agreement

On April 15, 2026, Max C. Wygod, along with Emily Bushnell and associated Wygod Family Trusts, filed Amendment No. 4 to their Schedule 13D regarding Forian Inc. (FORA). The filing reports a significant restructuring of their holdings through a Contribution Agreement with 2025 Acquisition Company, LLC (Parent). Under this agreement, the Reporting Persons and other consortium members contributed a total of 21,991,929 shares of Forian Inc. common stock to Parent in exchange for equivalent membership units in the entity.
