Form 8-K Filing - Fluor Corporation

Fluor Corporation has filed a Form 8-K detailing a consulting agreement entered into on April 26, 2026, between its wholly owned subsidiary, FDEE Consulting, Inc., and Mr. Mark E. Fields.
