First Community Corporation Announces Board Appointments

Effective October 1, 2026, Terrance Ford and Shell K. Berry were appointed as directors to the Boards of Directors of First Community Corporation and First Community Bank. Mr. Ford, 47, is the Vice President of AT&T South Carolina, bringing extensive experience in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, governmental affairs, and community development. Ms. Berry, 54, is the President and CEO of the Community Foundation for the CSRA, with a background in nonprofit management, finance, and investment banking. Both directors will participate in the company's standard compensation arrangements for non-employee directors. There are no known arrangements or understandings with other persons regarding their selection, nor any reportable related party transactions.
