Suspension of ATM Offering

EUDA Health Holdings Limited ("EUDA" or the "Company") has terminated its At The Market Offering Agreement ("ATM Agreement") with Chardan Capital Markets LLC ("Chardan"), originally entered into on June 23, 2025. The termination, effective July 22, 2026, follows a written notice sent to Chardan on June 5, 2026. Consequently, the Company has suspended its At The Market Offering ("ATM Offering") as of June 10, 2026. A prospectus supplement will be filed to reduce the number of shares offered under previous filings to zero. No shares have been sold under the ATM Agreement to date. The company will file its annual report on Form 20-F.
