Resignation of Chief Operating Officer at ESGL Holdings Limited

On September 1, 2025, Mr. Lee Meng Seng resigned as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ESGL Holdings Limited, effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Lee cited personal reasons for his resignation and confirmed that it was not due to any disagreement with the Company. In the interim, Ms. Lim Kwee Mei, General Manager of the Company’s subsidiary, Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte. Ltd., will assume the COO responsibilities. Ms. Lim has over 10 years of experience in the waste management and recycling industry and will work closely with the CEO to ensure a smooth transition. The board of directors is reviewing potential candidates for the COO position and will make a further announcement in due course.
