Embraer S.A. Announces New Ticker Symbols on B3 and NYSE

Embraer S.A. has announced that effective November 3, 2025, its ordinary shares will begin trading on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3) under the new ticker symbol EMBJ3, replacing the current symbol EMBR3. Additionally, the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) and bonds listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will trade under the new ticker symbol EMBJ, replacing the current symbol ERJ. The CUSIP numbers for the company's U.S.-issued securities will remain unchanged. This change follows a previous notice to the market on October 13, 2025.
