Equinor ASA Share Buy-Back Program Update

Equinor ASA has completed the first tranche of its 2026 share buy-back program. From March 9 to March 12, 2026, the company purchased 420,020 shares at an average price of NOK 320.5672 per share, totaling NOK 134,644,630.45. This brings the total accumulated buy-backs for the tranche to 3,000,795 shares, amounting to NOK 851,393,724.16. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA holds 63,527,007 own shares, representing 2.48% of its share capital.
