E-Power Inc. Announces Director Changes

E-Power Inc. reported that on March 11, 2026, independent director Mr. Jian Pei resigned from the board and its committees. Concurrently, Mr. Mang Wong was appointed as an independent director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Wong brings experience in engineering and corporate management, having served as the R&D director for Shenzhen Harding Energy Co., Ltd. since October 2013. He holds a diploma in mechatronics and meets Nasdaq and SEC independence requirements. The company has confirmed no disqualifying relationships or transactions between Mr. Wong and the company.
