Entegris, Inc. Announces Board of Directors Changes
Entegris, Inc. has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Effective July 31, 2026, Executive Chair Bertrand Loy will retire from his position and resign from the Board. James F. Gentilcore, the current Lead Independent Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Board. Additionally, Robert A. Bruggeworth, President and CEO of Qorvo, Inc., has been appointed as a director, effective August 3, 2026, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Loy. Mr. Bruggeworth will also join the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Mr. Loy's retirement is not due to any disagreements with the Company. Mr. Bruggeworth's appointment is part of the Company's CEO succession plan, following Dave Reeder's appointment as CEO in 2025. Mr. Bruggeworth brings extensive experience in the semiconductor and connectivity solutions industries. The Board has determined that Mr. Bruggeworth meets the independence requirements of the Nasdaq Listing Rules. He will receive prorated compensation as a non-employee director, including an equity award of restricted stock units valued at $220,000.
